While working on my home business, including my website and blog, I have come across a number of tools that have proven helpful. Recently, I learned that while my website was appearing without issue while using the Mozilla Firefox browser, it was not showing up fully if someone viewed the site using Internet Explorer. I use Mozilla Firefox, so I was not aware of this issue until someone brought it to my attention. I then had to fix a JavaScript issue in order for the site to be “read” properly by Internet Explorer. While researching this issue, I came across a website that is helpful for checking links, validating CSS, checking HTML, and much more. I have bookmarked this site. I hope you will find it helpful as well. Thank you.

When a person considers becoming involved with a multilevel marketing, or MLM, opportunity, a common concern is whether the MLM in question will likely be in business for the long term. A number of university and business leaders say there are three criteria that should be met in order to determine the likelihood of continued success.
The first factor is making sure the business promotes a highly consumable product. For example, the travel industry, especially luxury discount travel, is a highly consumable product. People love to get away to nice places and not spend a lot of money in the process. Even in tough economic times, many people will work to find a way to travel to various destinations. Given these factors, it is not surprising that travel is, by some estimates, a seven trillion dollar industry annually.
As I venture along the seemingly endless path of building my online home business, I have learned there is an awful lot involved with this process. One of my latest projects involves learning how to get a website indexed by Google.
While I work to build my own home business, I have been fortunate to meet some really wonderful people in the process. One such person is a lady named Colleen Geary. She has a strong Christian faith, just like I do. In addition, she is kind, knowledgeable and does a lot of good works, both in the community and through her church. I understand the importance of “giving back” just like Colleen does. As an example, this blog post will be dedicated to Colleen and her website.
Colleen is an honest woman who has a lot of integrity. I am proud to call her my friend.
Like a lot of internet marketers, I belong to a variety of social networking outlets, including Twitter and Facebook. Along with reading and posting messages dealing with a variety of topics, I have developed friendships with a number of fine folks along the way. One such person is a wonderful gentleman I know though Twitter. His name is Steph Love. Today, he posted a truly meaningful message about me on his blog. I very much appreciate his kindness and efforts very much. As someone who was remembers the world before the internet craze and all of the “modern technology,” I am used to talking and interacting with others. I don’t send text messages because I prefer the back and forth interaction that comes with unscripted, non electronic conversations. While I am not against using social marketing to build a business, because I have used these techniques myself, it is much more meaningful to me to build quality relationships along the way. I am thrilled that I have met a lot of like-minded individuals along the way.
I recently posted a message focusing on the Freelance Moms website. The site has numerous features, including expert articles on a variety of topics dealing with successfully promoting a home business. A very popular article on this website is one written Lori Redfield. It deals with effective internet marketing strategies needed for a successful website.
This site is very helpful and I highly recommend it for those ladies (and gentleman) who are serious about building a home based business. It is worthwhile not only to register on the website, but to sign up for the newsletter as well.
While I really enjoy being involved in the home based business field, it certainly requires a lot of work. I usually work many hours each day on various aspects related to developing the business and promoting it and myself to others. Along the way, of course, I have encountered issues that need to solved. I just learned of one dealing with Internet Explorer and Java Script. While my blog looks fine when someone is using the Mozilla Firefox browser, various pages of my website/blog do not show up properly if a person is using the Internet Explorer browser. I researched the issue and learned I am not the only one to deal with this common and frustrating situation. I proudly wear many hats, both as a mom and someone who runs a home business, but fixing JavaScript errors is not among them. I am now on a quest to find a reliable, yet easy to use, “debugging tool” so I may fix JavaScript error codes. I would appreciate learning if other people have had such an issue with the Internet Explorer browser and, if so, what method you used to fix the problem. Thank you.
My days as a single mom, including taking care of the therapy needs of my daughter, who has autism, are really busy. In addition, I run a home business and I take a lot of pride in doing so. I recently came across a website that serves as a support network for women working from home. The site contains helpful information, including internet marketing strategies and business promotion, along with advice and help from other members of the community. I highly recommend signing up and getting involved with this process. Don’t forget to bookmark this website as well.
Like a lot of people, my family and friends have taken a variety of career paths. If you ask, most of them will say they are happy, or at least tolerating, their chosen profession. However, when I first mentioned I had gotten involved in a multilevel marketing, or M-L-M, opportunity, their common reaction was one of dismay, followed by an attempt to quickly cover their apprehension. I then found myself trying to eliminate their fears by explaining I was actually involved in a legitimate M-L-M endeavor.
